DIDNT SIGN A CONTRACT FOR LEASE. I LEFT A DEPOSIT OF 380 I WONT BE ABLE TO MOVE IN. WHY CANT I GET THIS DEPOSIT BACK IF I DIDNT SIGN A CONTRACT?

Was it a security deposit? Application fee? It depends upon what you paid for -- read the primer at the Texas Attorney General website regarding landlords and deposits. It may cover your situation.
