Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Texas
After signing form where does it need to be filed?
Need to sign some kind of contract between landlord and tenant stating option to buy, is this legal? Do we document property description, amount to be sold for and when it began, what the balance is? Please advise asap.

If you want an enforceable option to buy, you need it drafted by an attorney. If you want to do it yourself, go to the law library and review the real estate law.
