Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Texas

My sister and her boyfriend live on my property with me and things are not going well. They have done a lot of damage and I want to get the boyfriend off the land what are my options There is no lease agreement.

Go down to your local justice court and talk to the friendly folks there. You probably have a "tenancy at will," and will need to engage in formal eviction procedures.
