Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Texas
My son is 18 and on probation in the state of Michigan. He has had his probation transferred to Texas, my state of residence. If I let him relocate to reside with me for 90 days, what are my rights in kicking him out of my home? I have told him that he would have 90 days to get his act together or he was going to be kicked out. He will not be on my lease.

You do not have to allow him to stay just because he is on probation. However, you will have to file to evict him if he does not leave when you tell him to do so.
