Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Texas
I stay in a apartment and I have a neighbor next door who constantly plays her music loud. I can hear the bass through my apartment and even feel vibrations through the floor and the wall. I have contacted my apartment front desk and a off-site center, after hours noise complaints, about the loud music, but the music continues. I even contacted the manager, and all he does is contact my neighbor and request for them to turn down the music. They would turn it down, hoever another day, it will be right back up. I wanted to know if there anything else I can do to get this problem solved. I have been dealing with this for almost a semester and a half.

You can call the police to come out and instruct the person to turn it down. That person can be ticketed. You should try to record the noise you are dealing with if you can, every time you hear it and document same to substantiate an attempt to claim to the complex that the apartment is uninhabitable.
You might also ask to transfer to a different apartment.
