Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Texas
I stopped payment on some cks. They were from a condo that i lived in.. we had an arrangement that i would pay installments of 440.00 and they would not report it to the credit bureu. after the first ck cleared i checked my report and they had reported it so i stopped the 4 remaining cks. Are they considered hot cks. and can they be sent to the district attorneys office
