Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Texas
Being sued for $2,400
My boyfriend and I signed a lease for our apartment in Dec 2005. After a couple of months, we noticed that not all the pages of the lease were signed. The page that states how and when we are able to break the lease. Is it still a legal binding contract if not all the pages are signed. If I would have read that page of the contract, I may not have signed it and said forget it. Thank you for your help.
