suing my seller/landlord

the owner of the house where Ilive,3 1/2 years ago we made a buyer/seller contract, we did it with a notary public as a witness only.a year ago the lanlord called the contract off

and after he called it off,I re

main at the property as a tenant.hoping that he will refund the money,I have invested in this property.I called the county clerk of my

city and they told me,I can sue

my lanlord.but I need to fill

the legal petition properly.

I need your help in this issue.

What you signed was probably called a Contract for Deed -- and the law hates to see forfeiture under such contracts. Therefore, there will be several legal presumptions in your favor. This is not a simple lawsuit, and if you can arrange legal representation, I STRONGLY recommend that you get counsel. Many lawyers do discount service in some circumstances, or take payment plans.
