Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Texas

We have a tenant who breached our one year agreement within the first month and had to file an eviction notice. Now he has changed the locks to our rental property and we cannot gain entry. What are our options? Doesnt the tenant have the quid pro quo responsibility in regards to providing us access? While there isnt a set in stone example of whats "normal", can anyone give a reasonable estimation of how long the eviction process typically takes? (theres always theory, and then there are facts) Thank you for any input you nmay have.

If your eviction action is successful, you can get a writ of possession, and the constables will help you regain possesion of the premises. Don't worry about changed locks.

The eviction process is relatively quick - usually. I once saw it drag out for six months (the tenant paid a jury fee, and the judge couldn't figure out what to do).
