I am a tenant and I lease a house form an individual. My landlord neglected to tell me that my house was being foreclosed so now he is in the beginning stages of foreclosure and he is trying to sell my house before foreclosure happens. Can I get any of my money back that I paid once the house went into foreclosure status?

What money? Your security deposit? Yes. Your rent monies? Probably not, they were paid as rent, and used as rent.
Have you considered contacting the foreclosing authority, and attempted to negotiate a continuation of the lease in the event of foreclosure?
You may not want to move until you ready, or the lease expires. New owners are aware of the tenant occupancy of the house, and will have to establish an eviction.
