Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Texas
Tenant problems
I have a tenant that complains constantly about the most minute things possible. A crater in the yard (4''x4'' hole 5'' deep, a spider web in a bush, lawn edging that is dangerous etc. We agreed that her moving out would be best for both of us. She said she would be out in a couple of days that has turned in to 17 days. her rent is now 17 days late. She says she will pay when she moves out (within 30 days) Meanwhile, I found out that the water bill was late and never put into her name as required. I'm afraid to evict her because every complaint was tied to a possible injury. What can I do?

Re: Tenant problems
Depending upon the terms of your lease agreement, the simple remedy is to file eviction notice. If my law firm can assist you with this legal matter or any other legal issue, please contact my legal assistant Jennifer ([email protected]).
