Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Texas

The tenants next door have a horse who has destroyed my fence and has come on to my property 5 times, endangering my working horses. They refuse to fix the fence and the landlord will not return my calls or fix the fence. Who is responsible and what can I do?

Since your efforts to resolve and negotiate with these people have not been successful; it appears your option is to sue the landlord as the owner of the property, and the tenants as the owners of the horses.
