I am under a lease contract and I have found mold in my apartment. I have notified my lanlord and they still havent addresss the situation I jus want out of my lease what can i do?

I could be wrong, but I don't think all mold renders a residence uninhabitable.
The Texas Attorney General has a primer online that addresses what repairs are necessary, and how to handle repair issues with landlords. Review it in conjunction with your lease agreement.
