Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Texas
Today I my apt was flooded from a washing machine in the upstairs apt that maintenance replace this morning. I don't have renters ins. Is there anything I can do legally to be reimbursed for damages. Thanks

No, unless your lease says anything about this situation the only option would be to sue the apartment complex company in small claims court (Justice of the Peace) for your damages. They might give you something to settle the case but they will defintely not renew your lease and might even try to evict you because of the case. Read your lease which might speak about this sort of issue.
