towing car
i live in a aparment complex and my inspection sticker on my car ran out last month and the apartment complex put a towing sticker on it and it said my car was abandoned. does the apartment complex have the right to tow my car because the inspection sticer is out?

Not unless there is provision in the lease that says they can. Read the lease, it is the terms of your contract with them.
