Our apt complex just added a valet trash service withour asking us. They are going to charge $25 a month on top of the $25 a month we already pay for the dumpster removal. I am not lazy and am willing to take my own trash out. Can they make us pay this?

You have a binding lease. If it does not provide for unilateral additions by the landlord such as this, then talk to the landlord. Take the lease with you.
