vacate

i have sent a ''breach of contract'' form to my renter giving 5 days to come up with back rent, ($2950.past due as of the 15th sept.) now i am sending him a ''notice to vacate'' my question si how long do i have to give him (3,5,10,30 days)

as a deadline before i go to the eviction process thru court?????

Re: vacate

The general rule is 3 days for nonpayment of rent although that can be varied in the lease contract. If the lease calls for a different period, the lease will control.
