Void Lease Contract
If one person on the lease for an apartment signed the lease contract, and the other(which is the primary) did not sign the lease, and both of the people see the apartment and no longer want the apartment, can the apartment people make the two people who originally wanted the apartment pay a fine?

If you did not sign the lease, you are not bound by the lease terms.
