Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Texas
water bill
Can a landlord and/or third party leagally charge their tenants for water and sewer usage they claim was unpaid because they claim the previous manager estimated the water and sewer usage for 5 to 6 months, and claimed this same problem for two months ina row, and this alleged claim averaged out to be 5,000 gallons over above what the normal usage was in previous months? I would appreciate your response to my question.
