Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Texas
Last week my neighbor (whom I met for the first time) said something sexually inappropriate to me in front of my son. Yesterday I had a notice in the mail that he is a sex offender with a high risk level. Is there anyway I can get out of my lease?

Probably not, but it depends upon the language of your lease. You can notify his probation office of the encounter.
