Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Texas
After about five years of living with me paying no bills or rent, I told my sister that she would have to leave. this after she moved in her grand daughter with no means of support for her or her grand daughter. my sister has been gone for about a month.
she has told my mother, whom she moved in with that she is going to move her and her granddaughter back into the house while i am at work on Friday. Can I have the police remove her or shoot her for trespassing?

Because you've changed the locks on your house, she can't move back in while you're gone.
