Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Texas

bill of review

I am currently representing myself pro se on appeal of a breach of contract suit against my former firm. I was an independent contractor and had a signed, written agreement that governed our relationship for 3 years before I terminated it in writing. The defense's position is that an undefined, undated oral modification superceded our written contract.

the amount of commission due and owing to me is approximately $750k

I believe I meet all of the requirements for a bill of review and would like the advise and represenation of counsel to proceed.

Thanks in advance.
