Can I sue my Property Management Company? I had a tenant break lease due to lack of service for needed repairs over 6 months ago. The management company has yet to begin repairs/services to get this apartment in move-in condition. After making several complaints, they have since stopped sending my rent deposits. Now I am forced to fly to Texas from my home in California to make the repairs myself and try to recover my other rents for the past 2 months.

Of course you can sue them, but an attorney would need to read your contract and possibly do a little research to tell you if you will win or not. We cover TX and CA so feel free to contact us on this.
