Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Texas

I am buying a house and about 1 and half years ago I let my son and wife plus 4 kids move in for they can get on there feet. they will not leave. they say as long as they get mail and have kids they don't have to leave. they don't even try to pay bills he quit job all the time,his wife fights with him so he quits job. wat can I do

File to evict them. You will have to go through the courts but you can get him out.
