I make & sell jewelry. I can buy Houston Texans logo charms from a wholesale supply. If I buy these and incorporate them into jewelry, can I retail them without violating the copyright of the Texans logo. Am I required to become a licensee to do this?

Most likely you will need to get permission, especially if the wholesaler doesn't have it. We can assist you with analyzing and negotiating permission if needed.
