Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Texas

I have had two deductions from m checking account from an inteernet service that I never intended to authorize. I have twicw asked this company to stop making withdrawals. They claim that they cannot find an account with my name or e-mail account on file. I have submitted a form via e-mail from their site stating thaey can get my information from my name an e-mail account, which I have submitted.

Stop using email and stop using telephones. Get a physical address for these clowns and WRITE A PAPER LETTER (send it certified, and keep a copy). Tell them to stop (immediately) taking money out of your account. Be sure to give them their own file number, if you have it.

And consider going to your bank and asking them to open up a new checking account for you.
