Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Texas

employment

I recently quit a nursing job (home health) due to its lack of organization, poor managerial supervision...anyway the company is holding my final paycheck saying I owe them 20 notes in which I know I turned in can they do this??

It may be difficult if you can't prove you turned in the notes. You can have an attorney contact them, after they've read your contract.
