Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Texas

Illegal phone tapping, Breaking and entering

Hello,

I am currently being harrassed. The person I am being Harrased by is a previous employer who also terminated wrongfully. The organization who is supposed to be policing the activities of employers joined in on it too. However I am not that interested in going after the people in this other organization because it was a few unethical people who made the mistake. In addition these people will lose thier jobs, serve time, and will have a difficult time finding new employment after being convicted of breaking and entering, and illegal phone tapping . If charges are placed against someone does the person placing the charges have the right to withdraw those charges against others who may have been involved. Does this become a federal issue at that point meaning I would have no control over who has charges pressed against them and who doesn't? I know my question is very ambiguous I will clarify more if needed. Thank You.

Re: Illegal phone tapping, Breaking and entering

Your question is unclear, but you should know that you should only press criminal charges if you are certain that you are correct about the facts. If you, you should but the process will not be something you can control.
