Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Texas

I have a photography business and I am looking to expand into an area that I am not sure is legal or not. Will you please tell me if it is legal to take nude photographs of legal aged people if I am hired/paid to do so in the privacy of their own home?

Such activity is legal. Nudity is not a crime (or even a sin). Nudity is not pornographic.
