Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Texas

Privacy violation

Recently my myspace account was hacked and used to send out messages advertising this website called freeguccipurses. somebody was kind enough to let me know what was happening and sent the message sent from m y account back to me. I conduct busisness on this website and have ALOT of personal information on there I dont want shared with the world or the people running that website. Can I sue these people for violating my privacy?

You will need to find them, which isn't easy. You can also read the Myspace Terms of Service to see what your rights are with them. My firm focuses on Internet, media and entertainment law and could advise you on how to protect yourself better because you are generally responsible for controlling access to your account and therefore what is done with your account.
