Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Texas

Work not recived

My wife gave money to a lawyer to help us settle a divorce.We can the divorce and ask for our money back.We didnt expect all of it,but he has refused any.We took about 30 minutes of his time and gave him 1500$.

Contact the TX Bar Association. They will advise you how to file a complaint if you believe the attorney didn't ear the money you paid him.
