Legal Question in Legal Malpractice in Texas

I accidentally ueed someones credit card the other day thought it was mine chatged 300. I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE THE MONEY back i am freaking out this has never happened to me before what do i do. I HAVE MY OWN MONEY NO REASON TO TAKE ANYONE ELSES. I AM AFRAID I WILL GO TO JAIL PLS HELP ME.

Send $300 to the credit card company along with the credit card itself and a letter of explanation. They will credit the person back for $300. I doubt anyone will want to charge you with a crime if you've already made restitution in this fashion.
