Ending relationship with real property involved
I have recently learned that my relationship with a partner has been all based on deceit and lies. Unfortunately I included him on the deed of a home that I provided all the financial necessities. I want this person out of the home and to be taken off the deed.

Looks like you have a nasty and expensive lawsuit coming.

You could try to go to the nearest Dispute Resolution Center and see if they can help you mediate the case and help you settle it before you try expensive litigation. If you're in Texas look for a list of "Texas Dispute Resolution Centers" in the internet. You can also look under www.txmediator.org, among other places, for a list of Texas mediators.
