medation
i have a medation date of 3-16-07,my att has become to ill to go and i don't think i have ample time to get mew att for hearing. can i post pone it till i can get legal advice

Depending upon the judge, you and opposing counsel could agree to a postponement, or you may need to file a motion for continuance. Usually with mediation, the parties can agree to hold off. Just let the mediator know if there's an agreement.
