Re: non profit organization assets
First and foremost, may God bless each and everyone of the members of the church. Conversely, if the church has been incorporated under Texas law and the 501(c)(3) has been obtained, it may be difficult to accomplish what the members want. On the other hand, there can always be agreements entered amongst the members when it comes to the assets of the church. Give us a call so that we can discuss further.
