Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Texas
Back Surgery
my question is my father-in-law had back surgery with a device that was not FDA approved. And it contributed to his death. He had the Rognaski Device. We just recently found out that it was not FDA approved.Is there any way that we can file a law siut on this?
