Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Texas
Broken Hip
My son fell in May of 2000. We took him to the emergency room and had his hip x-rayed. The doctor said there was no break that he had a groin pull.Well he broke his arm in June and he had a severe limp that developed. We had the doctor that cast his arm x-ray his hip and we found out that his hip had been actually been broken from the time he fell before. He limps severely and the doctors say because he is so young if they surgically repair it his growth plate would be compromised. I want to know if I have a case to pursue.

I would be more than happy to review the medical record to determine whether a potential case exists or not. If you like, please feel free to give me a call.
