Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Texas

where can i find a lawyer for dental malpractice,who would listen to my case first bevor i had to pay a fee, i belief i got a good case, since the dentalinsurance is asking their money back from the dentist, they also informt the dentist to pay all my copayments back .
