Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Texas
I had been Taken to the hospital for swelling in my right foot and leg caused by pulmonary edema and congestive heart failure. When I was there they did a biopsy on the left foot in which I was not having the issue with. Soon as they did the biopsy it became infected due to me being diabetic and now has to be amputated. I sat in the hospital for two months as my foot became necrotic and now is completely black . Since I had no insurance the hospital sent me home with my foot needing to be amputated. I was told by a surgeon and a physical therapist I should be compensated due to negligence . Please help
