Is there a statute of limitations on filing a malpractice suit? The malpractice happened in Texas, I now live in Florida. Where would I need to get an attorney?

There is a two year statute and it would probably be best to get an attorney in Texas.

You need to retain an experienced medical malpractice attorney in Texas. The statutue of limitations is only two (2) years.
