Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Texas
non consent
15 months ago i had a c section.The doctor during the surgery did a tubaligation.I asked the doctor to not do this surgery at the time. She did so anyway even another doctor said should we stop. Also the spinal did not work i could feel everything.They had written consent that was faxed to them from another doctor. But i did ask them to stop.Is there a case against them?

You haven't given me much information regarding the case, but I recommend that you contact a medical malpractice lawyer immediately. The statute of limitations is 2 years, and there are other notice requirements involved.
