Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Texas
I recently underwent a colonscopy, a fairly routine procedure, and due to my pre-existing medical condition, which the doctor was well aware of, there have been complications resulting from the procedure. The procedure has caused serious issues with my pre-existing condition even a couple of months past the procedure. Is there any legal recourse with regards to malpractice?
