Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Texas

I had a root canal done a year ago and the dentist caused me to have nerve damage. I went to a specialist and he stated that surgery would only make it worse. I can not feel my right side lower lip, it only tingles. Can I do anything?

Get copies of the dental records and then call a medical malpractice lawyer. Records will need to be reviewed by a DDS to see if there is malpractice.
