in the state of texas,is there a statute of limitations on filing a medical neglect malpractice suit on a medical facility?

Yes. Medical malpractice/negigence actions must be commenced within 2 years of the act or omission that gave rise to the injury (but not more than 10 years after that date) If the injured was a minor, some additional rules come into play. Let me know if you have additional questions.
