Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Texas

My wife went in for a routine root canal in 2008 and still to this date my wife has no feeling in her lower right jaw from the mouth to the ear. The Original dentist refunded the out of pocket amount for the procedure and my wife went to another dentist to have it checked out. The second dentist was not happy with the way the other dentist did the work. We do not know if anything can be done but it has been almost two years and there is no feeling on her lower right jaw area. My wife is very uncomfortable with this and does not know if anything can be done.

Chris,

Get all dental records from the first and second dentist and then contact a medical malpractice lawyer in Dallas. Records will need to be reviewed by a DDS to see if there is malpractice.
