Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Texas

I will Never Be able to Chew Normal and Pain free again.

I went to A Dentist to have my teeth Cleaned. I was in no pain at all. He convinced me that I needed to have three fillings on one side of my mouth re done and after that he would do the other side. ?? I was not in pain, but i took his medical knowledge word for it. He never told me by doing this work, i may be ruined for life and possibly would loose my teethe. I am 37, to young to loose teeth. I never gave INFORMED Consent. long story short it is almost 2 yrs later... i have had numerous root canals and root amputation on teeth. i still can not chew on the left side of my mouth except very soft pastas..etc.. my mouth hurts when eating.. it is causing my rt side of mouth to develope worsening TMJ since chewing mostly on rt. I am in constant pain.. the endodontist i was sent to only offers the teeth now be pulled and implants or bridges put in. just wanted my teeth cleaned.. not ruined.. by the pain is the worse thing . i will have that the rest of my life due to his negligence. He refuses to give me my money back or admit any fault. i need info asap since dont want statute to run out. what can i do?

You probably need to speak to someone as soon as possible, you only have two years after the injury/malpractice to file suit before you are barred.
