You need to sit down with a JAG attorney or criminal attorney immediately and stop making public statements about your activity. If you sent the above message through military channels, it may be tied to you and it may be an admission. Do not write about the facts of this case further.
Sit down with a good JAG officer and determine if, from the record, you are likely to be convicted. Only someone who has done military court martial's is qualified to talk to you about the chances in this situation. Generally, sworn statements can't be used -- they would have to bring the soldiers in to testify against you. But the army would do that if they really wanted to get you.
This is serious. You are looking at a bad conduct or dishonorable discharge. This is serious business that requires serious legal advice from a lawyer with JAG experience.
Good luck.

You need to discuss your case w/ someone who has JAG Corps experience. I was in the Navy JAG for over 7 years. This case is an extremely serious one and will not be taken lightly by your chain-of-command. If my firm can assist you, please contact my office manager Mr. Ed Smith ([email protected]).
