Legal Question in Military Law in Texas
accused of sexual criminal intent in the city
army turns soldier over to civilian authorities. he is in jail. he posts bond and authorities hand him over to the army authorities again. is this legal, normal or usual??? he is restricted to the base with restrictions?? help help
