Legal Question in Military Law in Texas
Awol /desertion going on 4 years
i have been gone from the army for a while now with every intent to turn myself in i just need to know where is the best place to turn myself in and what are the possible consequences. i just made a mistake and would like to rectify the situation. the reason i have been gone so long is my wife needs me for financial support and im worried i will be gone for a while and she wont be able to take care of herself

I don't have enough facts here to answer your question. It depends on if you are AWOL from training or if you are permanent party.
