Legal Question in Military Law in Texas
can i get back in
About 6 six years ago I received a entry level seperation from the air force. I'm older and more mature and would like to join the marines. Would this be a problem.

Shouldn't be a problem. You may have received a reenlistment code. The code will tell the recruiter the reason for the separation. The only way to find out is to ask the recruiter. Rule of thumb is full and truthful disclosure to all questions asked. The recruiter will let you know if you are still qualified.
Best of luck. Thanks for your willingness to serve.
